Question: The course locked up in the middle of playing a video. How can I continue? Answer: You may need to clear your browser's cache. Close and open the browser again to make sure it completed the process. It should work for you then.
- In Internet Explorer 7 or higher, go to Tools, then Internet Options. Under the "Browsing", click the button to "Delete". Under the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click "Delete Files" and the following "Yes" button. Close and open the browser again to make sure it completed the process. It should work for you then.
Question: I tried to log in, but nothing happens. Answer: It appears that you have a popup blocker. Holding the "Ctrl" button while clicking the Login button will bypass most popup blockers. If this does not work, please allow www.internetdriving.com to use popups. If you are still unable to log in, there may be spyware or malware on your computer. Please check your system using any major spyware detection software.
Question: I am able to hear the audio, but I cannot see any video. Answer: It appears that your version of Flash Player is not new enough. Please visit Adobe's Website to install Flash Player. Once that is complete, it is best to restart your computer.
Question: I don't remember my login information. How can I retrieve it? Answer: Underneath the login area, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Enter the e-mail address that you signed up with and submit the form. The system will then send an e-mail to that address with your user name and password.
Question: My login information is not being accepted. Answer: Please make sure that the password is being typed in EXACTLY the way it was when you registered. If you would like to have the system send it to your e-mail address as a reminder, please click the "Forgot Your Password?" link beneath the login area. Enter the e-mail address that you signed up with and submit the form. The system will then send an e-mail to that address with your user name and password.
Question: I have paid, but when I log in, the system says that I have not paid yet. What can I do? Answer: It seems that our payment processor has not notified our system that the payment was received. Please send an e-mail to support with your registration information. One of our customer service representatives will be able to help you.
Question: After viewing the video for a question, there is not enough time to answer the question. It immediately says that the time limit has expired. Answer: It sounds like you have a corrupt installation of Flash. To fix this, please do the following:
Go to your Control Panel, then Add/Remove programs (or possibly just "Programs" and "Uninstall a program" in Windows Vista/7). Find either Adobe Flash Player or Macromedia Flash Player (or the last word could also be ActiveX). Choose to Uninstall any instance of those. Once finished, restart your computer. Please be sure to restart your computer after uninstalling Flash! You must do this before installing it again or it will not work. When it is back up, go to www.adobe.com/ and choose to install the latest version of Flash Player. When that is finished, go back to our website and log in.
If it still does not work after that, there may be a larger issue with Internet Explorer. It is suggested to install Mozilla Firefox from www.mozilla.com or Google Chrome from http://www.google.com/chrome, then use that browser with our website. After these are installed, you may also need to install Adobe Flash Player again for the browser you chose.
Question: I accidentally chose the wrong court that is handling my case. How can I update it? Answer: At the end of the online course, you will be prompted to verify that you chose the correct court. Please update it at that time. If you have already finished the online course or signed up for a classroom-based course, please use the support request form to send the correct information to our support staff.
